At Infragistics, we’ve embraced the challenge of innovation throughout 2024, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with Ignite UI components suite and App Builder – our low-code tool that integrates all the UI controls and accelerates app development even more. Ignite UI for Angular continues to be our most robust component set, receiving multiple enhancements in a total of 6 feature releases.
As for App Builder this year, we’ve introduced over 20+ groundbreaking features, each designed to elevate user experience and streamline the development process. As we look forward to more AI-driven features and further SDK development in early 2025, let’s take a moment to reflect on our milestones and product enhancements.
Ignite UI In Review
Here, I’ve listed some of the most significant enhancements of Ignite UI for Angular for this year:
- Standalone components
- Tree shaking improvements
- Multiple API improvements
- Pivot Grid improved templating
- Pivot Grid horizontal layout
- Icon Service revamp
Let’s not forget React. Ignite UI for React continues to receive increased interest, especially from one of the biggest customers. Here’s what we’ve added:
- State Persistence
- Hierarchical Grid
And a general note for the Ignite suite – one of our actual competitive advantages without many counterparts on the market is still the Dock Manager component. To wrap up, let’s not forget another tool that’s part of our product portfolio – the Ignite UI CLI. Although it’s now something we talk about a lot, it’s indispensable to anyone who tries it once.

What else can we say about App Builder? We had more than 11 Feature releases during the year, providing a huge amount of value to our customers and people exploring the low-code space.
